Final Sale & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lauren’s Beauty Collection.
Due to the nature of our products, we strictly enforce the following policies to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality for all customers.


All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
Because our products are beauty and personal-wear items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be resold. This policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards for every customer.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo or video of the item

  • Photo of the original packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our end, we will gladly assist with a resolution.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Lauren’s Beauty Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery address is correct and secure before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
All orders begin processing immediately after checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

Lauren’s Beauty Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at Laurensbeautycollection@yahoo.com for guidance.

We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.
